May 2011: Scovia's favourite subject is physics and she wants to be a nurse when she grows up. She is quite studious and spent much of our time at the Nile River on a field trip taking notes with the notebook she had brought. Three of her siblings attend CUS; Fred is in P6 and Molly and Jackie (age 12 and 9) are in P5. The entire family is quite bright, and they all seem like happy kids. This month Scovia was able to take part in a fun field trip to the Nile River. She also received a gift of underwear from her sponsor, something she was quite excited about! Scovia currently attends Excel Secondary Boarding School and will be switching to St. Mary's next year (Term 1 begins in February) to be with the other Escape girls, and much closer to home.
